Crawford Hoying is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartment homes and maintain high occupancy at a Columbus community. You will respond to rental inquiries with effective sales techniques and approved marketing materials while delivering exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and coworkers.

The role emphasizes weekday and weekend availability, on-site work, and collaboration with the Community Manager on marketing and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and a dedication to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Working knowledge of property management software or ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and determine needs; present available homes and explain features. Complete guest cards, prospective applications, and lease renewals.
• Perform opening/closing duties; inspect property, maintain clubhouse cleanliness, and assist maintenance as needed.
• Monitor accounts receivable and delinquencies; assist with turnover and report preparation.
• Handle resident issues and service requests in a timely manner; distribute communications to residents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
