You will show apartments, qualify leads, process applications, and coordinate marketing to maintain strong occupancy and financial performance.

The role requires excellent customer service, organizational skills, and ability to work with maintenance and vendors. Weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year leasing, sales, or customer service experience; property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software required.
• Experience using social media (Facebook, Instagram) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and showcase apartments.
• Qualify leads, process applications, and run background/credit checks.
• Ensure units are move-in ready and coordinate with maintenance.
• Prepare lease documents and execute lease agreements.
• Develop marketing plans to drive traffic and maintain occupancy.
• Maintain records in property management software and manage follow-ups.
