Job summary

Crawford Hoying, a Cincinnati-based property management company, is seeking a Leasing Consultant for an on-site position at one of our apartment communities. You will greet prospects, present floor plans, and explain features to drive occupancy while delivering exceptional resident service.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to use property management software.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and dedication to meet/exceed expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, determine needs, present available homes and benefits, and enter guest cards/applications.
• Perform opening/closing duties, maintain property cleanliness, and support maintenance needs.
• Monitor accounts receivable/delinquencies, assist with reports, and support turnover activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
