Job summary

The Crawford Hoying Cincinnati leasing team is seeking a Leasing Consultant to lease apartment homes and maintain high occupancy at an assigned community. You will respond to rental inquiries using sales techniques and approved marketing materials, delivering outstanding customer service.

You will greet prospects, present options, process leases and renewals, and coordinate with maintenance and management to ensure resident satisfaction. On-site, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to meet/exceed expectations.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Familiarity with property management software.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to develop rapport with people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects, present apartments, collect guest cards, and enter data.
• Assist with leases/renewals, verify information, and notify results.
• Support marketing, reporting, and resident communications.
• Maintain a clean, professional leasing office and property areas.
