Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents, determine needs, present available homes, and handle calls and guest cards; enter data and process leases and renewals.
• Assist with verification and notify results; support marketing efforts and resident communications.
• Maintain organization: files, reports, and notices; monitor market conditions and provide feedback to management.
• Handle opening/closing duties, site appearance, and move-outs; support turnover activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
