• Be thoroughly knowledgeable of lease terms, policies and current rental rates.
• Follow required telephone and sales techniques and Fair Housing Standards.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses to distribute materials.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs and complete market surveys monthly.
