Job summary

Franklin Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to show and lease apartments, while supporting the community's marketing plan. You will assist applicants with rental applications, collect security deposits, and ensure model apartments are ready for showings.

Jimiliar responsibilities include maintaining neat office space, applying leasing terms, and staying informed on current rental rates. You’ll engage local business partners and manage resident files, contributing to a positive community

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Experience or knowledge of Fair Housing Standards.
• Strong telephone and sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Assist applicants with rental applications and collect security deposits.
• Ensure model and target apartments are ready for show and maintain clean work areas.
• Know lease terms, policies, and current rental rates.
• Maintain relationships with apartment locator services and local businesses.
• Process administrative forms and reports accurately and on time.
