Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales or leasing experience preferred, in a property setting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease properties to prospective tenants and screen applicants.
• Conduct property tours and explain available units and terms.
• Market vacancies and promote properties to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate with Property Manager and team to meet leasing goals.
