Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Leasing Consultant in Austin, TX to welcome residents and prospects, coordinate tours, and respond to leasing inquiries.

You will coordinate renewals, support marketing activities, and act as a central communication point among residents, management, and maintenance teams. The role requires a High School diploma or GED and 1+ years of customer service, preferably in hospitality or apartment leasing.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience; hospitality or apartment leasing role
• Must demonstrate ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the welcoming first point of contact for residents, prospects, and visitors
• Lease apartments and sell property products and services within budget
• Ensure Fair Housing Standards in all interactions
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends
• Maintain product knowledge of property and competitors
• Assist with marketing activities to position Bell communities as communities of choice
• Coordinate the resident application review in accordance with Bell guidelines
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident to include the lease and addendums
• Regular attendance and punctuality; proper documentation
• Follow up with residents throughout the lease and respond to inquiries promptly
