Job summary

RPM Living is hiring a Leasing Associate to manage leasing, marketing and resident relations at our on-site community in Henderson, NV. You will conduct tours, process applications, and close leases while providing exceptional customer service.

Join a team committed to onboarding new residents, maintaining a positive image, and coordinating with maintenance and marketing to maximize occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Flexible schedule required, including occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent required or six months to one-year related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet prospects and assist with applications and deposits per procedures and Fair Housing requirements.
• Process applications, credit checks, and rental history verification; submit for processing.
• Show apartments, close sales, and prepare for move-ins; obtain signatures and provide orientation.
• Maintain active social media presence to boost visibility and engagement.
