Job summary

Paradise Management, LLC is seeking a Leasing Professional to greet prospects, lease and prelease apartments, and present community features. You will guide applicants through the leasing process and maintain accurate records in the management software.

Ideal candidates have leasing/closing skills, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Knowledge of computer tools and office equipment is required to support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma (college hours preferred).
• Must be willing to work flexible hours/days and weekends.
• Must have or be willing to learn computer skills.
• Outgoing or extroverted personality recommended.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and qualify prospective residents, presenting the community and apartments with features and benefits.
• Lease and prelease apartments and explain application procedures and lease contracts.
• Input all prospect, applicant, and resident information in the management software program.
• Maintain reports, leases and paperwork and ensure proper processing of applications.
