Responsibilities

• Assist with overall leasing operations of the apartment community, including following up with prospective residents, showing apartments and closing sales.
• Assist with marketing of the apartment community.
• Maintain resident relations and promptly address complaints and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies.
• Demonstrate knowledge of management company policies and community rules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
