We offer compensation with base pay hourly plus commissions, along with a 25% rent discount and benefits. You will work in a fast-paced environment coordinating tours, leasing, and supporting multiple communities.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail).
• Demonstrated success in goal setting and following a sales process.
• Excellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
• Flexible schedule with availability to work during office hours, including weekends.
• Reliable transportation.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of the community and help prospects find their new home at AIR.
• Maintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
• Provide leasing support to all AIR communities as needed.
• Contribute to community marketing efforts.
• Adhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations.
