You will support multiple AIR communities as needed within a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The position offers base pay plus commissions with a 25% rent discount and potential onsite living options.

Qualifications

• 1+ year sales and customer service experience in fast-paced environments (property mgmt, hospitality, retail).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow AIR's sales process and conduct tours to showcase community value.
• Maintain a track record of meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and prospects alike.
• Provide leasing support to AIR communities as needed.
