Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services seeks a Senior Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activity and maintain high occupancy across assigned communities. Qualifications

• Experience in multifamily leasing and resident screening.
• Experience with affordable housing is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organization and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient with property management software and tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage leasing pipeline from inquiry to move-in with timely follow-up.
• Coordinate apartment and community tours with prospects or on-site staff.
• Assist applicants with requirements and move applications forward.
• Monitor vacancies and prioritize leasings, resolving barriers.
• Document leasing activity and report progress to operations leadership.
