The Senior Leasing Specialist will drive leasing activity for assigned communities, manage the resident inquiry-to-move-in process, coordinate tours, and support on-site teams to maintain strong occupancy.

Qualificações

• Prior multifamily apartment leasing experience required.
• Affordable housing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, and follow-up skills verbal and written.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using property management software and other technology.
• Dependable, adaptable, and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through move-in.
• Coordinate apartment tours with prospective residents and on-site teams.
• Assist applicants with application requirements and move processes.
• Monitor vacancies and leasing priorities; resolve barriers to move-ins.
• Maintain leasing activity records and report progress to operations leadership.
• Temporary position with potential to become permanent based on performance.
