Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Leasing Specialist to drive leasing activity and achieve strong occupancy at multiple Snohomish County properties. You will manage leads, tours, applications, and move-ins while collaborating with property management and compliance teams.

Formación

• Prior multifamily leasing experience is required.
• Experience with affordable housing is preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and follow-up skills in verbal and written form.
• High level of organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable using property management software and related technology.
• Dependable, adaptable and able to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the leasing pipeline from initial inquiry through move-in with prompt communication and accurate tracking.
• Coordinate apartment and community tours with prospects and on-site teams.
• Assist applicants with applications and coordinate with management and compliance teams.
• Monitor vacancies and leasing priorities; identify and resolve barriers to move-in.
• Maintain accurate leasing activity in company systems and report progress to leadership.
