The role requires 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to work Saturdays. We value teamwork and a passion for creating exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily leasing operations at the community.
• Conduct tours tailored to residents' preferences.
• Follow up on leads and maintain resident communications.
