Weekend availability is required to capture peak traffic and help residents find the perfect home. Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in leasing or customer service, strong communication skills, and familiarity with property management software and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in leasing or customer service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws.

Responsabilités

• Lead showroom tours and assist residents in finding homes.
• Follow up on leads with tailored updates.
• Coordinate daily leasing operations and ensure resident experience.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and community events.
• Availability on Saturdays as required.
