Job summary

Adara Communities in Houston is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases with a customer-first approach.

You will lease apartments, verify applications, maintain documentation, and support daily operations while engaging the community and managing social media to drive traffic. A valid driver's license and willingness to work weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (required).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and professional appearance.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.
• Stable work history and reliable transportation.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within 20-mile radius.

Responsibilities
