Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant for our Prestonwood property. You will greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases with enthusiasm to maintain high occupancy.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience leasing conventional apartments, strong sales and customer service skills, and a professional appearance. A driver's license and reliable transportation are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Candidates must live within a 20-mile radius or be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
