Adara Communities is seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Consultant for Sandshell Property in Fort Worth, TX. This role focuses on leasing, resident relations, and community engagement to maintain high occupancy.

You will greet prospects, qualify leads, close deals, verify applications, and handle paperwork with precision. You'll generate traffic through outreach, host resident events, and manage the property's social media presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Strong sales and leasing abilities with proven closing capability.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished, professional appearance.
• Weekend availability is REQUIRED.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience is preferred.
• Stable work history is desirable.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic.
• Support the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
