Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Addison. The role involves greeting prospects, qualifying and closing leases, and processing applications with accurate documentation.

You will actively generate traffic, host resident events, and maintain a positive relationship with residents while representing the community with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong sales and customer service

Qualifications

• 1+ year leasing experience in conventional apartments (required).
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident events and maintain positive resident relations.
• Manage property social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community in a friendly, professional manner.
