Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an energetic Apartment Leasing Consultant for its Newport community (320 units). You will greet, qualify, and close prospects, lease apartments to maintain occupancy, and handle applications and leasing paperwork with accuracy and professionalism.

Generate traffic through outreach, host resident events, manage social media for the property, and support the Manager while representing the team with a friendly demeanor.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with a proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• A positive attitude, flexibility, and a polished and professional appearance.
• Flexible schedule – weekends required.
• Social media or marketing content creation experience strongly preferred.
• Stable work history; valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
