Adara Communities in Houston is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant to greet prospects, qualify leads, and close leases in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will lease apartments to maintain high occupancy, verify applications, and handle leasing paperwork with accurate documentation while delivering exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of leasing experience, strong sales and communication skills, a professional appearance, and the ability to work weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing experience in conventional apartments.
• Strong sales and leasing skills with proven ability to close.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer services to residents and prospects.
• Generate new traffic through outreach efforts and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and contribute to maintaining positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic and engagement.
• Support the Property Manager and/or Leasing Manager with daily operational tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
