Job summary

Adara Communities is seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our team in Houston. You will be responsible for greeting prospects, qualifying leads, and closing leases to maintain high occupancy. The role emphasizes strong customer service, documentation accuracy, and social media engagement to drive traffic.

The position requires at least 1 year of leasing experience, a valid driver's license, and a flexible weekend schedule. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year leasing conventional apartments (REQUIRED).
• Stable work history.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Flexible schedule – weekends (REQUIRED).
• Social media or marketing content creation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stand, greet, qualify, and close prospects with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Lease apartments to maintain high occupancy and strong leasing performance.
• Verify applications, process leasing paperwork, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospects.
• Generate traffic through outreach and community engagement.
• Host resident functions and maintain positive resident relations.
• Create and maintain the property's social media presence to drive traffic.
• Support the Property Manager/Leasing Manager with daily tasks.
• Represent the community with a friendly and professional demeanor.
