Monarch is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join Indian Springs Apartments in South Bend, IN. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a fast‑paced, customer‑service environment with strong commission potential and a friendly, jeans-and-flannel culture.

Schedule: Monday–Friday 9am–6pm and Saturdays 10am–4pm, with a midweek comp day off. Compensation ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus a commission structure and extensive benefits.

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Willing to learn property management and leasing processes.
• Excellent communication and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Show units and property amenities to prospective tenants.
