Monarch Investment and Management Group in Madison, WI is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant. You will be the first point of contact for prospects and residents, guiding them through the leasing process, explaining pricing, floor plans, and amenities while delivering exceptional service.

This role offers pay $16 to $16.50 per hour plus up to $100 commission per rental, with benefits including affordable health insurance, a 401k match, and housing discounts.

Qualifications

• 6 months' experience in multifamily or customer service field.
• Bilingual; able to communicate effectively in two languages.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with standard software.
• Excellent communication and problem solving abilities.
• Unmatched dedication to customer service and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Hiring Full-Time Leasing Consultant

As a Monarch Leasing Consultant you are the first person a prospect or resident meets when they come home. PAY: $16-$16.50/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental! Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: 5401 Williamsburg Way, Fitchburg, WI 53719

Schedule: 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday

What You Will be Doing

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
• Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
