Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring an Apartment Leasing Consultant for the Residences at Grand Blanc in Grand Blanc, Michigan. This is a full-time, on-site position at a 455-unit market-rate community with strong growth potential.

We seek individuals with great customer service, an eye for sales, and the ability to connect with residents. Benefits include health plans, a 401(k), paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within a dynamic culture.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily housing leasing experience preferred but not required.
• Be able to provide great customer service to our residents.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Monday-Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Rotated Saturdays from 10 A.M. to 4 P.M. Dayshift hours! Full Time/Year Roundwork with an awesome company!
