Monarch Investment And Management Group is seeking a Leasing Consultant to be the first point of contact for prospects and residents in Fitchburg, WI. You will handle leasing, prepare agreements, and showcase pricing and community offerings during tours in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

• Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
• Demonstrate understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings while touring prospects
• Utilize creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events

PAY: $16-$16.50/HR + Up to $100 commission per rental!
Under $50 a month Blue Cross for yourself and discounted housing available!

Location: 5401 Williamsburg Way, Fitchburg,WI53719

Schedule: 8:15 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. Monday-Friday

What You Will be Doing:
