General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Leasing professional to assist in managing an apartment community and maximize occupancy. You will show apartments, secure leases, and contribute to resident satisfaction through attentive service.

The role involves lease preparation, move-in orientations, and coordinating with maintenance and management to meet occupancy goals while upholding company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of leasing experience in a computerized environment; supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and maintaining vacancies.
• Show apartments to prospects and convert to leases.
• Handle move-in orientations and preparation of lease documents.
• Maintain Availability Roster and coordinate turnover with service teams.
• Process rent payments and ensure timely deposits.
• Respond to resident inquiries and enforce policies in line with Customer Service Program.
