Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a multifamily community and lead leasing and maintenance teams. You will partner with senior leadership to meet budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals while coordinating with Marketing on business plans and strategies.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, budgeting, and communication skills, with experience in property management software and an emphasis on resident-first service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Property Manager in multifamily communities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; bilingual preferred; able to multitask.
• Proficient in budgeting and reporting; able to coordinate with vendors and inspect properties.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MRI or other PMS.
• Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with team and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of an apartment community and deliver excellent customer service to residents, prospects, staff, and vendors.
• Lead and supervise leasing and maintenance staff in service of residents.
• Maintain budgets, occupancy, and resident satisfaction goals with leadership support.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop business plans and marketing strategies.
• Oversee rent collection and reduce delinquencies; monitor high-balance accounts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports; monitor occupancy and expenses.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections of model units and grounds.
• Manage move-ins/outs and capital improvement projects with vendors.
