You will greet customers, convert walk‑ins and calls to appointments, screen applicants, prepare leases, conduct move‑in orientations, and help maintain a customer‑focused leasing office with orderly files and promotional materials.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Outstanding sales ability in a computerized environment.
• Preferred: One year of leasing experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing apartments at optimum rent levels and keeping vacancies to a minimum.
• Greet customers by standing and smiling.
• Convert walk-in prospects into secured leases.
• Convert telephone calls and emails to appointments.
• Maintain a waiting list and follow up on waiting list applicants.
• Screen applicants including credit reports, employment and rental references.
• Prepare leases and conduct move‑in orientations.
• Maintain move‑in list and handle renewals/notice changes.
• Support office operations and promotional materials as needed.
• Handle regular and overnight mail and file maintenance.
