General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Leasing Agent to assist in managing an apartment community and drive leases to maximize occupancy. You will show units, complete leasing paperwork, and provide excellent service to residents and prospects.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma and about one year of leasing experience in a computerized environment; supervisory experience is a plus. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are often needed for property visits.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of leasing experience in a computerized environment preferred.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage property budget per company guidelines.
• Lease apartments to achieve optimum rent and minimize vacancies.
• Convert walk-ins, calls, and emails into appointments and leases.
• Maintain waiting lists and follow up with applicants.
• Screen applicants with credit, employment, and rental references.
• Prepare leases and conduct move-in orientations.
• Coordinate with maintenance and turnover schedules.
• Promote resident programs and retention initiatives.
