Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) is seeking a Leasing Associate to help manage an apartment community and drive occupancy. You will show apartments, convert leads to leases, and maintain a high level of resident satisfaction.

The role includes leasing office operations, rent processing, and supporting promotional activities. Strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and prior leasing experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Outstanding sales ability and one year of leasing experience in a computerized environment.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have command of the English language.
• Must have a valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall management of an apartment community and show apartments to secure leases.
• Lease preparation and move-in orientations; maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.
• Lease office operations, answer phones, and coordinate utility connections.
• Enter resident rent payments into MRI and make bank deposits.
• Review all leasing staff paperwork and enforce guest card procedures.
• Support resident programs and promote customer service excellence.
