Job summary

Greystar is seeking a diligent janitorial/maintenance teammate to keep leasing offices, clubhouses, and common areas clean and market-ready. You will support the service team, assist in make-ready tasks, and help maintain curb appeal across the community.

The role emphasizes safety, responsiveness to resident needs, and adherence to Greystar’s standards. Onsite work with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits in a full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform cleaning duties daily.
• Attention to detail and pride in property appearance.
• Willingness to work on-site and follow safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain marketready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by the Head Janitor, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Inspects the community throughout the day to remove litter, debris, and pet droppings and ensure all common areas and amenities are neat and free of litter at all times.
• Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.
• Completes assigned minor and routine service requests as requested by Service Supervisor and/or Community Manager, and assists the make-ready specialist in the turn process.
