Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Post rent payments accurately in Yardi and process online payments.
• Follow up on delinquent residents and file evictions as needed.
• Prepare month-end reports and assist in monthly closeout.
• Support Community Manager and oversee vendor and leasing activities.
