The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multi-family property management, strong leadership, and excellent communication skills. This on-site role requires budgeting, reporting, leasing oversight, and coordination with maintenance and marketing.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews
• Drive team to achieve performance indicators and manage disciplinary actions
• Oversee training, leasing paperwork, and safety compliance
• Motivate staff through recognition programs and team-building activities
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting and variance analysis
• Promote resident satisfaction by promptly responding to issues
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely service requests
• Provide excellent customer service while upholding high resident service standards
• Analyze market trends and support marketing in leasing strategies
