Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager for one of our apartment communities in Texas. You will lead property staff, oversee leasing operations, budget administration, and maintain resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience, plus 3+ years in multi-family property management. On-site work with a flexible schedule is required, including some weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, and reviews.
• Drive team to meet performance indicators and handle disciplinary actions with HR.
• Train office staff on leasing paperwork and safety.
• Motivate staff through recognition and team-building.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly/annual financial reporting.
• Monitor budget variance within +/-10% per line item.
• Promote resident satisfaction and handle complaints.
• Collaborate with maintenance to address service requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and resident support.
• Analyze market trends and support marketing to reach occupancy goals.
• Follow eviction procedures as required.
• Manage owner relationships with property tours and updates.
