You will hire and coach staff, develop marketing and renewal strategies, manage budgets and invoicing, coordinate maintenance, supervise safety, and communicate with owners. The role requires weekend availability and strong property management software skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years supervisor experience in multi-family management.
• Experience in property management, sales, marketing or customer service preferred.
• Proficient in property management software (Entrata, Yardi or One Site).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the on-site team; conduct evaluations.
• Meet revenue targets through marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis; invoicing management.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal; coordinate maintenance.
• Handle owner/Client communications and property tours.
• Lease enforcement, inspections, and eviction processes as needed.
