Job summary

Century Sales and Management LLC in Lincoln, NE seeks a proactive, reliable individual to support Community Managers in the Lincoln area. You will assist with leasing, tenant relations, and coordinating the rental process to optimize occupancy and income.

Responsibilities include fielding leasing calls, showing units, processing applications, handling work orders, and assisting with HUD/REAC inspections. A full benefits package and competitive pay based on experience accompany this non-exempt

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to adapt and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of policies, procedures, applications, leases, etc.
• High level of organization, flexibility and dependability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assists Community Managers with duties and covers offices as needed.
• Field leasing calls, conduct tours, review applications.
• Answer resident questions and manage maintenance requests promptly.
• Enter work orders and coordinate with vendors.
• Keep grounds and common areas tidy.
• Support managers with administrative duties and projects.
• Assist HUD and REAC inspections.
• Collect rent payments when visiting communities.
• Other duties as assigned.
