Job summary

CIP Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Lincoln, NE. You will sell homes to prospective residents, nurture leads via walk-ins, email, and phone, and coordinate property viewings while maintaining current and future availability.

You’ll assist the Community Business Manager with overall community operations, communicate with residents effectively, and use social media to deliver strong resident experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–3 years of related experience.
• Open availability to work weekends.
• Valid driver’s license with minimal violations.
• Ability to safely operate an automobile and golf cart.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with residents and coworkers to promote a team environment.
• Assist in all community operations and enforce policies and procedures.
• Support the Community Business Manager in staffing and operations.
• Prepare move-in/move-out documents and coordinate resident experiences.
• Create and manage social media content to engage residents and prospects.
