Qualifications

• 1 year of Leasing Agent experience in multifamily settings or 2 years in customer service.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational, written and verbal skills.
• Valid driver license and auto liability insurance; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lease and close on all qualified future residents.
• Process income, rental, and employment to verify qualifications.
• Engage in outreach and online marketing.
• Conduct property tours and participate in Resident Events.
• Maintain fair housing and regulatory compliance.
• Walk the property and maintain model apartments.
