Trellix is seeking a Senior Director of APAC Sales Engineering to lead the SE organization across the APAC region, aligning with the theatre GTM strategy and delivering technical excellence to customers and partners. You will drive field readiness, operational excellence, and OKR reporting, while attracting and developing top SE talent.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a track record in consultative SaaS solution selling, influencing senior decision makers, and 50% overnight travel.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of leading regional enterprise SaaS sales engineering teams.
• Experience building theatre-wide strategies and measuring performance.
• Strong consultative solution selling of SaaS-focused, enterprise-grade platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC SE strategy and execution in alignment with GTM and customer strategy.
• Foster a positive, high-performing culture and lead by example.
• Communicate pipeline forecasts and results with senior leadership and drive improvements.
• Engage directly with customers, partners, and key accounts to position Trellix solutions.
