APAC Inside Sales Director (Remote) — SaaS & CAD/PLM Growth

Job summary

PTC is seeking a senior leader to oversee APAC inside sales, building a high-performance remote sales system and driving CAD/PLM/SaaS revenue across APAC markets and partners.

The role reports to the VP of Global Inside Sales and requires expanding the regional pipeline, forecasting revenue, and coaching distributed teams to achieve aggressive quota attainment while maintaining PTC’s core values and customer-centric approach.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering.
• 8+ years B2B industrial software sales experience, 4+ years cross-country inside sales team leadership experience in APAC.
• Fluent English reading & writing, oral English preferred.
• Familiar with CRM systems; CAD/PLM software sales background is mandatory.
• Experience managing APAC channel partners and driving SaaS recurring revenue is preferred.
• Knowledge of SaaS subscription model and software license compliance.
• Familiar with auto, aerospace, high-tech manufacturing verticals.
• AI sales tools and cross-timezone multi-country team management experience.
• Strong multitasking, data analysis, coaching and cross-cultural communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own APAC inside sales revenue quota and deliver YoY growth.
• Develop regional inside sales strategy and expand pipeline.
• Forecast revenue accurately using CRM data.
• Cooperate with APAC resellers/distributors to activate partners.
• Drive SaaS recurring revenue via joint co-selling.
• Recruit, manage and coach distributed APAC teams.
• Design training and clear career paths; standardize sales processes.
• Promote value-based sales and full CRM usage.
• Optimize lead allocation and coordinate with pre-sales teams.
• Track sales data and focus on pipeline quality.
• Align with field sales, marketing, and product on GTM plans.
• Submit regional performance insights to leadership.
