Tiger Resourcing Group is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Director for APAC to own the Asia Pacific market, including China and Southeast Asia. You will drive annual revenue, gross margin and order intake through OEM partnerships with Yutong, BYD, King Long and others, while coordinating pricing across regions and leading a distributed sales network.

Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is essential, as is willingness to travel 25–30% and regularly visit Lewes.

Qualifikationen

• Own APAC sales performance metrics including revenue, gross margin and orders.
• Develop relationships with key Chinese/Asian OEMs (Yutong, BYD, King Long, Golden Dragon, Higer and Zhongtong).
• Own OEM pricing, rebates within global framework and ensure consistency across regions.
• Coordinate with UK, North America and Europe Regional Directors on export business and pricing alignment.
• Travel 25–30% with regular Lewes presence if based overseas.
• Proven knowledge of APAC public transport procurement and tender processes.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline, CRM updates and monthly commercial reviews.
• Work autonomously to a clearly defined brief with good judgment.

• Prepare, agree and deliver the annual APAC sales plan, budget and forecast, and report monthly to the Commercial Director and senior management.
• Own OEM account plans for the region with regular visits to OEM factories and headquarters.
• Negotiate OEM rebates, pricing and preferred supplier agreements within the global framework.
• Coordinate with other regions so vehicles built in Asia are quoted and supported correctly.
• Oversee Far East operations, set objectives and review performance.
• Appoint, contract and manage agents and distributors across the region.
• Lead major tender responses and framework bids in the region with cross-functional input.
• Drive cloud platform adoption in APAC with regional requirements and localization.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and share market intelligence with the global sales team.
• Represent the company at regional trade shows and spend periods in Lewes for alignment.
