Job summary

CESNA Group is seeking a Director of Asian Sales (Mandarin/Cantonese) to lead the regional sales strategy and drive revenue growth in Asia. The role focuses on leading the Asian sales team, developing GTM plans for existing and new products, and building relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Asian sales, strong negotiation and solution-selling skills, and a track record in planning, budgeting, and team development. Remote work is supported for this executive role.

Qualifications

• 10+ years sales and/or marketing experience within Asian sales industry.
• Strong understanding of markets and distribution channels.
• Negotiation experience in developing proposals and closing deals.
• Proven skills in solution selling and building sales relationships.
• Strong commercial sense and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in planning (business plans, sales forecasts) and budget management.
• Experience developing and managing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to deliver annual and monthly sales targets and development goals.
• Develop sales and go-to market strategies for existing products, new products, and new channels.
• Identify market trends, shifts, and customer consolidation; propose strategies to capitalize on market conditions.
• Foster relationships with key customers and participate in business reviews.
• Propose and implement annual operating sales plan and budget, including territory plans and staffing.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales to develop overall sales strategies and processes.
• Collaborate with VP NBD and Director of Marketing on end-user strategy, pricing, and new products.
• Recruit and develop a strong sales team and improve product knowledge.
• Develop sales broker relationships if applicable in future.
• Report monthly and quarterly on sales performance and development.
