Job summary

PSA International is seeking a Director Asia Pacific for Global Industrial, Automotive & EV Sales. Identify, pursue, and win new customers within an assigned territory, building relationships with decision-makers to understand business needs and buying processes.

Develop and execute strategic sales, design tailored multimodal freight solutions, and collaborate across regions to drive growth and revenue while maintaining CRM data and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of strategic sales experience with logistics and supply chain solutions
• Hunter mentality with a track record of winning new business
• Experience selling multimodal freight and logistics solutions across regions

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and win new Industrial, Automotive & EV customers within an assigned territory
• Build relationships with prospective customers and key decision-makers
• Develop and execute strategic sales based on market intelligence and priorities
• Design tailored solutions across multimodal freight and PSA BDP’s logistics portfolio
• Identify growth opportunities across products, regions, and trade lanes
• Collaborate with product leaders, regional teams, and cross-functional partners
• Lead and coordinate RFP and tender opportunities across teams
• Maintain accurate CRM data and meet KPIs for engagement and revenue
