Job summary

APC seeks a Director of Sales, Asia-Pacific to shape and lead the regional commercial strategy across diverse markets. You will guide a regional sales team, strengthen partnerships with customers and distributors, and translate growth opportunities into sustainable business results, impacting revenue, margin, and market expansion.

You will drive forecasting, pricing, and strategic initiatives, while collaborating with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations to ensure successful order

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Agribusiness or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience; 5+ years preferred.
• Experience in Asia-Pacific markets and distributor management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy and execution for Asia-Pacific.
• Develop and manage customer and distributor relationships across the region.
• Coach and develop regional sales team members and succession plans.
• Manage distributor and channel partner relationships and market growth strategies.
• Identify new customers, markets, and commercial partnerships in Asia-Pacific region.
• Lead forecasting, pricing, and regional budgeting with cross-functional partners.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations for order fulfillment and market development.
