Qualifications

• 5+ years of leading sales teams and driving growth in Asian markets.
• Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities.
• Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Asian sales team to meet annual and monthly targets and development goals.
• Develop sales and go-to market strategies for existing and new products and channels.
• Identify market trends and adapt strategies for post-Covid Asia markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and VP NBD on pricing, positioning and product strategy.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing sales team and forecast pipeline.
• Report monthly and quarterly sales performance and development status.
